For fully crewed charters we prefer an Advance Provisioning Allowance in the amount of 35% for covering the charter expenses:
The A.P.A. will be used for all running costs such as fuel, marina fees, food, and beverages (as per the client's preference list filled out prior to charter commencement). The captain will collect all the bills doing the calculation at disembarkation, and amounts not spent will be refunded to the clients accordingly.
