We are delighted to welcome the first Neel 51 trimaran for charter joining our fleet in the Caribbean and Corsica. Available during winter around St. Martin for Christmas and New Year charters this spectacular trimaran stepping into the footsteps of our popular Neel 45, a multihull class winner of the ARC, will be available for summer in the West Med from Ajaccio to sail the beautiful south-west coast of Corsica including the north-east of Sardinia with the picturesque Maddalena Park and popular Costa Smeralda.

The advantages of three hulls versus those of two of a catamaran are explained by the fact that the peak righting moment of a catamaran is reached at 12 degrees once the sail area needs to be reduced. In contrast to that, our trimaran’s peak is at 27 degrees of heel with the weight concentrated low down and in the central hull. Yes, a Neel trimaran practically can be seen as a monohull with floats to allow a greater angle of heel, but this sailing performance limits pitching and ensures softer and more comfortable sailing. Jump on board of charter trimaran Neel 51 and enjoy the wide deckhouse and the sufficient side decks. All lines and sheets are led to the helm seat one step up starboard providing perfect control and views. Another few steps to portside, guests will be able to enjoy the sundeck with forward facing seating and sunbathing area. The large aft cockpit covered by the hardtop seamlessly connects with the beautiful interior saloon via large sliding doors. This open-space living area comes fully-equipped with additional seating and a well-appointed galley. Neel calls this a “cockoon” a perfect blend of a cockpit and a saloon. On the starboard side of the saloon, the master cabin with ensuite bathroom can be found in Neel-manner. It’s a typical characteristic of Neel trimarans that one owner’s cabin is found on the main deck, boasting spectacular vistas thanks to the large window and bed facing to the outside.
Entering the side hulls of our new Neel 51 the 8m long guest cabins with queen-size beds can be found, both bathed in plenty of natural light. The forward bow guest cabins offer wide beds and a separate head. This practical bathroom can also be used by other guests as a day head avoiding them to enter the cabins. Two more single bow cabins in the side hulls entered via deck hatches can be used by the crew.
